Not based on job size, personality, budget, or difficulty.
Everyone gets the same level of effort and respect.

Set clear expectations, Price work based on scope, not pressure. No surprise charges. No games. 

3. Do the Right Thing

We choose the correct fix over the easy one. Even when it costs more time. Even when it costs us money. Even when nobody would notice.

4. Obsessed with Improvement

We don’t get comfortable doing things just because they work.If there’s a cleaner, safer, faster, or smarter way to do the job, we look for it and apply it.

5. Respond with Urgency

We don’t disappear. Texts and calls get answered promptly
Issues get handled directly. Problems don’t sit unresolved.

We have the difficult conversations

6. Be Reliable

Show up when Scheduled. If something changes, communicate it early. Do what was agreed to, when it was agreed to.

7. Ignore the Noise

We don’t chase competitors. We don’t argue with distractions. We focus on the work in front of us and do it well.

8. Leave Ego at the Door

Pride doesn’t fix problems.If we’re wrong, we own it.If there’s a better solution, we take it—no matter who suggested it.

9. The Truth Doesn't Lie

We don’t protect pride. We protect outcomes. If something needs to change, we change it.

10. Details Matter

We look for issues before they become problems. If we see something wrong, we say something, even if it wasn’t pointed out or asked for. We don’t ignore problems just because they weren’t on the original list.

11. Execution Matters 

Even the greatest  ideas can't create change without execution. Follow-through, clean installs, and finished work are what matter.Results speak louder than plans.

12. Raise the Bar

Good enough isn’t good enough. Each job should be better than the last. We don’t lower standards to make things easier.

Not convenience. Not shortcuts. The goal is a result the client can trust and feel good about long after the job is done.

14. Be Accountable

Stand behind the work. If something isn't right, fix it. The job isn't done until it's done properly.

15. Respect the Home

We protect surfaces, work clean, and clean up when we’re finished.No mess left behind.The job isn’t done until the space is right.
